You can add pages to your blog to give more information about it. You can add pages to your blog follow my steps - 
Go to blogger.com and open your blog and go in pages section and click on create page. Then give a title to your that page and enter some information about it.
Then enter what you want to enter there.
After that go to layout option and click on create a new widget. After that choose the Link List widget  and enter the link of that page you want there and name it.After that save them all.

Adding scroll pages - 

                      You can  connect one page to another page by scrolling menu.
Hoe to add scrolling menu- 
                           Go to layout and go in menu or Link listing widget and just enter link if one page which is first page and in the sub page or the scrolling page just add this - (-)

sign in the name of that link. Then save the arrangement.
